Postage: We aim to send your shot ski within 1 week of purchase, however, due to the custom nature of the product it may take longer in some instances/designs. We'll keep you updated throughout if there are any delays.
Alternatively, if you need your shot ski sooner just get in touch and we can see what we can do.
Tracking: If a tracking number is supplied by the courier company we will update you with the tracking number. Please note not all couriers supply a tracking number.
FREE postage to mainland UK for all orders over £50.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted for any shot skis that arrive faulty or damaged. Just contact us within 10 days of delivery and post the ski back within 30 days.
Once your item is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process your refund or exchange.
Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred returning the shot ski. If the item is not returned in its original state the buyer is held responsible for any damages/loss in value.
